EUCON ABF 520 is a liquid and very stable soil conditioning agent designed to reduce abrasive wear to the cutterhead, cutter tools and conveyor systems on hard rock to soft ground tbms.

• Water derivation tunnels

• Prevents heat increase inside the cutterhead due to friction.
• Decreases the abrasivity on cutter tools, screw conveyor and its casing.
• Decreases the friction in between the muck particles inside the cutterhead.
• Solvable easily with water, easy to use, doesn’t require any mixing tool.
• Prevents dust generation.
• Non hazardous to environment and non toxic.
• Can be combined with an another polymere to obtain a foam with increased stability and lubricating property.
